I once was a milk container but now I’m a Frisbee!
I am going camping soon and couldn’t be more excited. My friends and I went shopping in preparation for our big get-away and decided to grab some games that we could play while soaking up the summer sun. I came across this really neat toy and decided it was a must have. Since I love playing games outside and being eco-friendly this is the perfect toy.
It’s a Frisbee but not just any Frisbee. This flying disc (I know, who actually calls it flying disc anymore but that is what they are suppose to be called) is made from recycled milk containers! How Guffly is that?! I was so impressed when I saw it I had to get it even though I already have about 5 different Frisbees. It’s lime green and comes in recycled and recyclable packaging. I give it a big Guffly thumbs up for being eco-friendly, recyclable, fun and all around Guffly.

Eco-friendly mango wood salad bowl is sure to mix things up for your sustainable living
I’ve decided that going on picnics is my new favorite thing (I think I’m starting to sound like Oprah). But seriously when the weather is nice there is no better feeling than gathering a group of friends and heading out to a nice park or even to someone’s backyard for good food and fun. Just last week my friends and I decided to head over to a new park that we recently discovered for an impromptu picnic. It was great we had hamburgers, veggie burgers, hotdogs, ice cream (yum!) and a delicious salad with fruit and nuts on it! My friend made it, so big props to her!
I was really impressed by her homemade salad and even cooler she brought it in this really awesome serving bowl. Now that I think about it, I think I was drawn to the salad because of the serving bowl…weird. I of course searched for it online so I could have one of my own and I really think you all will dig it as well. It is an oversized mango wood salad bowl. The chestnut finish gives it a nice polished look and the spatulas are also oversized making it easy to serve your friends at your next picnic!

Stylish Women’s Halter Top
I love fashion and I love being eco-friendly. Most of all I love when I can be eco-friendly and fashionable at the same time! A couple of weeks ago there was a post about my friend and his quest for attractive earth friendly men’s clothing and I hate to say it but there are some pretty horrendous organic clothing for women as well. However, I did find a really cute yoke neck tunic-length halter top that is eco-friendly. It comes in Caribbean blue and is made from bamboo knit. Stylish and eco-friendly, who could ask for more? Organic and eco-friendly clothing is really making a turn around and I am definitely impressed. No more potato-sack dresses for me!

Sleep easy on this organic cotton duvet
As many people now know I am really into eco-friendly living but recently I have been feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the earth friendly products out there. My biggest thing is where do I begin? I want to make serious changes but there are so many ways to go green I need to find how it can easily fit into my life. I’m moving to a new home soon and I figured this would be the best time to make some serious eco-friendly changes.
For me, the best place to make these changes is in the bedroom (Ooh La La). I think it’s time for me to upgrade both the style and earth friendliness of my current bedding. I found this really nice organic cove duvet and I think it’s perfect. Since bedding is something we all need why not choose organic cotton? I figured this was the best way to really jumpstart my eco-friendly living not only because it is made from organically grown and organically processed cotton but it is also helps with allergies and is more comfortable. This organic duvet is made with non-toxic, water based dyes and has a very modern look which I’m all for. I’m sold, what about you?
